Hi Mike, just as I have stated on the other 2 pages I have seen your statement, I am sorry we had to cancel the sale soon after it ended. These things happen sometimes, although we wish they didn’t. We always hope that we can resolve obstacles in an amicable and professional manner, and I regret that you were not able to work with us to achieve that goal. I share my regrets by phone when I called to notify you and let you know that we were sending you $300 by ACH, and to share that some events are beyond our control. Imagine if we posted a negative review on every dealer who cancelled a sale or let us know after a sale that they had retailed the car and had to cancel their sale. The car business has hiccups on occasion, and I apologize about this one. We wish you all the best.
