Describe your issue: I’ve been calling for weeks trying to get the title. The auction has promised the title on three separate occasions we received a call today that the title cannot be produced for the vehicle and when I asked about being reimbursed for shipping the manager proceeded to tell me that they will not be reimbursing me for shipping because they don’t have to if there’s no title present per NAAA policy. I have never ran into such an absurd issue where an auction will refuse to cover transport on a vehicle that has no title. The manager then proceeded to tell me it is my fault that I should’ve never picked the vehicle up until there was a title present, which seems a bit absurd to me.
