I purchased this vehicle on 5/31 with a 4.8 CR. The vehicle arrived outside of arbitration window- and of course it was a total mess. A more accurate CR would have been a 2.8 Auto Grade. But, that’s not my main issue. I filed an ADESA Assurance claim, and was told that the title was not in- long story short, on 6/28 the sale was voided for no title. However, I have tried since then no less than 4 times, to call arbitration and submit my transport invoices. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS VOICE MAILS. This is consistent across ADESA locations. I continue to waste time trying to get ahold of people that don’t answer voice mails. Very frustrating.
