As the complaint stated, it has been 6-7 weeks and no refund for an arbitrated vehicle has been sent out. No one at that auction will answer the phone, nor do they return voicemails and emails.
Purchased the vehicle on 4/24. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was determined the transmission was bad, we got an estimate, etc. This was about 5/20. The vehicle sale was voided and we sent the title back to ADESA Tampa and related invoices on 5/23. To date, we have not received payment as of 7/5, and no one at the auction will answer the phone, return emails, or acknowledge that they haven't refunded us. 6-7 weeks for a refund? RIDICULOUS!
