COMPLAINT FILED 1/9/2026
Jeremy G
They find ways to get out of arbitration. We purchased a vehicle green light. When we received the vehicle. It was inspected to find out it had engine failure. We called the auction and open an arbitration…no one told us a time to return the vehicle on that phone call. They just told they would open the claim. After calling again because we didn’t receive a follow up phone call we still couldn’t get a time all they told us was to have it back there the next day. So we returned the vehicle within 24 hours. The vehicle was returned on a Wednesday which means the end of business day is after the sale which would be 8-9 o’clock. And this is noted on the website. After checking arbitration policy on the website there was no time noted. So after calling to follow up on the arbitration they let me know they denied the arbitration because we arrived after 5 and got there at 6 while the auction was still running. Meaning we returned the vehicle on day 7 before the end of the business day. After following up again Nita which presented herself as the owner told me they wouldn’t do anything about it and they would run the vehicle for us again which means morally I’d have to run it red light because I know of an issue with the vehicle. This would result in a loss on this vehicle. I ask Nita was the time on the website before this altercation her response was it should’ve been there. I repeated was it there before now her response again was it should’ve been but she wasn’t sure. The truth is it wasn’t. And no one gave us a time. The usual is return the vehicle by the close of business day on the deadline day. This auction is obviously dirty. I would stay away from them. I did fire off at her and was very nasty because they obviously made up the rules as they went! DANGER DANGER DANGER.
