I if ‘ed a 2012 Audi A4 for just $1900 on 11/20/2024. By 11/22/2024 I started getting harassing calls from Brandy saying I better come pay for the car now or it’s going to auction insurance immediately. I was so bothered and confused because every car I’ve purchased from this auction I’ve paid for even if it was a late fee involved and I buy cars every week.
I asked Brandy what’s the hurry and the title in, (I figured if the title was in then I understand the rush,) but there was no title in to this car.. so explained to Brandy i will be in soon to pay and pick up the car my dad was in the hospital the following week and my wife had her breast cancer exam also so my schedule was a little crazy. Brandy said, Rudely she’s sending this to auction insurance immediately to get my auction access provoked at all auctions.
Fast forward:
I came 12/11/2024 to pay for the car to find out they let someone else purchase the car and I have to pay a $450 fee.
The title for the car came in the same day,12/11/2024 I came in to pay for the car.
All of this in a little over 2 weeks is suspect and suspicious.
I honestly believe someone wanted someone else to have this car and the way I was talked to was outrageous.
I been on the earth long enough to know when I’m being treated unfairly and when someone have a motive for these type of actions.

I’m curious why this would be published when you haven’t even done your research. Auction insurance failed to get ahold of the dealer after 22 days of non-payment and no cooperation from the buyer on this vehicle. In our policies and procedures that this dealer signed in order to do business with us( a member of NAAA) they had to pay by November 25th at the latest due to the holiday. He ignored all calls and emails from us and auction insurance to collect the $2285 owed on the vehicle and we were forced to resale the vehicle and the balance after that sale was $450. He was put in the ko book by auction insurance and then he reached out to us. Came in and paid the balance and was irate, belligerent, and asked to never come back. All is on camera.
