Purchased the vehicle on 4/24. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was determined the transmission was bad, we got an estimate, etc. This was about 5/20. The vehicle sale was voided and we sent the title back to ADESA Tampa and related invoices on 5/23. To date, we have not received payment as of 7/5, and no one at the auction will answer the phone, return emails, or acknowledge that they haven’t refunded us. 6-7 weeks for a refund? RIDICULOUS!

As the complaint stated, it has been 6-7 weeks and no refund for an arbitrated vehicle has been sent out. No one at that auction will answer the phone, nor do they return voicemails and emails.
