Upon purchasing the units, I requested to have them floored on day one. However, I was subsequently charged late fees for this request. I visited the office in person to discuss the matter with General Manager Lisa O’Neil, but unfortunately, she was unable to entertain my concerns or provide a resolution. I would like to note that this is not the first time such an issue has occurred! PLEASE BEWARE!!
